Tianjin: Three types of personnel can receive a one-time subsidy for their first venture.
Recently, the Municipal People’s Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau issued the Notice on Further Improving the Payment of One-time Entrepreneurship Subsidies to encourage self-employment and promote entrepreneurship to drive employment.
The "Notice" clarifies that within the legal working age, a person who has started a business (including individual industrial and commercial households, the same below) for the first time in Tianjin and has been in normal production and operation for one year, has promoted the employment of one or more people, paid social insurance premiums according to regulations and met one of the following conditions can apply for a one-time business start-up subsidy within two years from the date of registration:
Graduates from ordinary institutions of higher learning (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) who have left school within 2 years; Registered unemployed for 6 months or more; Those who have started businesses in agriculture-related areas of our city.
The subsidy conditions and standards are:
If the enterprise has continuously paid social insurance premiums for 12 months (the enterprise legal person and employees should be in the normal payment state at the time of application, the same below), a business start-up subsidy of 3,000 yuan will be given.
Enterprises that have continuously paid social insurance premiums for 6 months can apply for a subsidy of 1,500 yuan in advance.
One-time entrepreneurship subsidies can only be enjoyed once, and self-employment subsidies for unemployed people cannot be enjoyed repeatedly. (Reporter Liao Chenxia)
