The first housing project in Hainan’s state-owned assets system-Jinjia Fangyuanju Housing Project started construction in Ding ‘an on January 13th, which is also the first housing project in Ding ‘an County, and will be mainly used to solve the housing needs of special talents such as medical care and education system in the county.

The provincial party committee and government attach great importance to the construction of comfortable housing, and the economic work conference of the provincial party committee held on December 30th last year called for further improvement of the housing security and supply system, giving priority to meeting the housing needs of local residents and imported talents.

According to the spirit of the document Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the Provincial Government on Developing the Pilot Work of Residential Commercial Housing Construction, Ding ‘an County was listed as the first batch of pilot counties of residential commercial housing projects in Hainan Province.

In August last year, the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Ding ‘an county government, and Hainan Jincheng State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd., a provincial state-owned enterprise, started the planning and operation of the project in October last year. In just three months, with the support of the extraordinary measures of the Ding ‘an County Party Committee and the county government, the Provincial Planning Institute, Haijian Group, Provincial Jinlin Group and Jincheng Company made every effort to ensure that the project started as scheduled on the same day.

The project covers an area of 65.2 mu, with a total investment of 780 million yuan, a total construction area of 135,000 square meters, and 840 sets of comfortable housing are built, and the sales target is medical and educational system talents in Ding ‘an County, so that the people in Ding ‘an County can truly enjoy the development bonus of free trade port construction. This is also the first residential commodity housing project launched by Ding ‘an county as a pilot city for construction and the first key investment project for the transformation and development of the housing industry during the "14 th Five-Year Plan" period of Hainan state-owned enterprises.
